Interactive Coffee Tasting with Impact Roasters

UCAPS and Impact Roasters are happy to invite you to an interactive coffee tasting. The event will include a presentation on: Coffee in general, coffee culture in Ethiopia, the journey from Ethiopia to Denmark (Different processing methods and transport), how to make a good espresso (Brewing standards) and show case of the roasting process. You will also enjoy the Ethiopian bread and popcorn that traditionally accompany a cup of Ethiopian coffee. After the coffee tasting there will be a possibility to mingle and socialise!
